To enroll in the Teen Challenge Adolescent Program prospective students and their parents or guardians need to fill out an enrollment packet and return it to the center for evaluation. After receipt of the packet, Teen Challenge staff will go over the information provided and contact the family within a few days to interview the prospective student and to discuss possible enrollment dates. Teen Challenge is usually able to make a decision regarding student placement within a few days. Because medical tests are required, families wanting to place their child in Teen Challenge are encouraged to obtain an enrollment packet as quickly as possible so that enrollment decisions can be made in a timely manner.
Enrollment packets may also be obtained by calling the center and requesting that an enrollment packet be mailed.
The Adolescent Program application consists of three separate download files. Each of the files need to be downloaded to your hard drive. After downloading the files, print them out and follow the instructions contained in the packet. The packets require Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or later. If you need Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download it for free at the adobe website by clicking on the Acrobat Reader icon below.
